however he did not rename the burnt disc as CDGENPS2. Yesterday my account was flagged as spam so i couldn't post back, so in desperation i just ended up just asking the guy to directly burn to the blank dvd, the 3 files of "BOOT.ELF, SYSTEM.CNF and DUMMY.BIN" from the ulaunchelf 4.40 disc image. i assume "Dummy.Bin" is unnecessary? or does it need to be in there as well? again my cd burner guy is abit jumpy about stuff like this, i'm just trying to ease his worries. so does the disc need to have a CDGENPS2 name to it before it will work? does the disc absolutely needs to be renamed as "CDGENPS2"? my cd burner guy is a computer newbie who doesn't know how to rename the disc as CDGENPS2 before burning, i explained to him many times but i don't think he gets it. so can i just extract the files from the disc image and burn it straight to the disc? So i'm thinking of just extracting the contents of the ISO, which is BOOT.ELF and SYSTEM.CNF, and ask my guy to just burn it for me, which i'm sure he won't have a problem with. However, he now refuses to do it, because upon seeing the "ISO" format file, he assumed that its commerically copyrighted material, so he refuses to burn it for me. So i just asked someone to burn a uLaunchELF v4.40 boot CD for me, because i don't have a cd burner
